Bilingual CAD Documentation Specialist, you will:
- Provide CAD graphic support to the Roofing Marketing team.
- Replicate existing CAD flashing details and fastening pattern drawings.
- Translate technical content from English to Spanish using Copilot or Google Translate.
- Update and maintain existing CAD files and documentation.
- Export CAD drawings to PDF format for internal review.
- Route translated files to internal Spanish Quality Control teams, including Technical Services and Sales.
- Submit final approved files to the Marketing department.
- Review architectural plans and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
The ideal candidate will have: - High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, including AutoCAD or similar programs.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to read, scale, and interpret architectural plans and technical drawings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of common construction materials and building design methods is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Spanish language skills are required.
Pay: $29.50 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
