RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a FS 50 50 Angular TS Java Spring Boot Cloud AWS in Durham, NC.
Duties:
* Build and support GenAI-enabled applications, services, and integrations that improve product delivery workflows
* Develop solutions that support teams across Product, BA, UX, Engineering, and Quality Engineering
* Integrate enterprise-approved AI and developer productivity tools into existing workflows and platforms
* Partner with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
* Work towards reusable frameworks, standards, and best practices for AI-enabled product delivery
* Support CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and operational perfection practices
* Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations based on business value and technical fit
* Collaborate with Enterprise teams to align Brokerage solutions with broader standards and platforms
* Mentor team members and champion a culture of continuous improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 5+ years of experience building full stack applications
* Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern UI frameworks such as React or Angular
* Experience designing and developing scalable web applications and services
* Experience working in Agile delivery teams
* Experience with AWS and cloud-native development
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
* Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, system design, and software engineering fundamentals
* Experience evaluating or integrating AI-powered development tools is a plus
* Financial services experience preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
