Sr. Full Stack Engineer with AI, LLM

Local to Raleigh/Durham only What You ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 9 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying full-stack applicationsProficiency with Java and Spring Boot for server-side development
- Expertise in modern AI technologies: LLMs, RAG, AI agents
- Strong experience in UI frameworks: React or Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable web application architecture
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native development
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and version control via GitHub or similar platforms
- Solid knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and system design fundamentals
- Experience evaluating and integrating AI development tools, especially in the context of prompt engineering and AI-assisted development workflows
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the financial services sector
- Knowledge of modern AI technologies: LLMs, RAG, AI agents
- Prior work with Developer Productivity tooling in Brokerage or similar environments
- Mentoring experience within engineering teams
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years and up to 9 years of relevant full-stack development experience
- Proven track record working within Agile delivery teams
- Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
