Job Overview

Medinext Global LLC is looking for a motivated and skilled Software Engineer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.

The Software Engineer will collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to design and implement reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
Develop and maintain APIs and backend services where applicable.
Work with databases and integrate applications with external services.
Perform unit testing and contribute to application quality and reliability.
Participate in the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Identify opportunities to improve application performance and scalability.
Document technical solutions, processes, and development activities.
Stay current with emerging technologies and software development practices.

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of professional software development experience.
Strong knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software development principles.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with REST APIs and web services.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and testing practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience working with microservices or cloud-based applications.
