Rate: $45–47/hr on W2 Only

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong healthcare industry expertise, particularly in Medicaid and Healthcare Claims workflows. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of business analysis experience, including 3+ years working in healthcare environments.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams to gather requirements, analyze healthcare processes, and support successful delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand healthcare business processes and system needs.
• Analyze and document Medicaid and Healthcare Claims workflows.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with development, QA, product owners, and business teams throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support requirements traceability, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance activities.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Maintain clear and accurate project documentation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Business Analyst experience
• 3+ years of Healthcare domain experience
• Medicaid experience – Mandatory
