We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Analyst with strong Health Plan/Payer experience to support business and technology initiatives within the healthcare insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 3+ years supporting Health Plans/Payers.
• Strong experience with Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Benefits, Provider Management, Prior Authorization, and Care Management.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements; create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, development, and QA teams to deliver solutions throughout the SDLC using Agile methodologies.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, production support, and process improvement initiatives.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, and healthcare industry standards.
