🔹 Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer with strong expertise in Tableau reporting, SQL development, database architecture, and ETL/ELT solutions. The ideal candidate will drive projects from requirements gathering through implementation while ensuring data quality, performance, and reporting accuracy.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
:Develop, deploy, and maintain Tableau reports, dashboards, drill-downs, and summary reports.
Design database architecture, data marts, data dictionaries, and logical/physical data models.
Develop complex SQL queries, T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers.Design, develop, and optimize SSIS packages and ETL/ELT pipelines.
Perform data migration, integration, conversion, reconciliation, and validation.Optimize SQL queries and SSIS package execution for improved performance.
Integrate data from SQL Server, DB2, legacy systems, and external data sources.Manage FTP/SFTP file transfers and automate data loads using SQL Server Agent.
Deploy SSIS packages using version control tools such as Git or Team Foundation Version Control (TFVC).
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ 10+ years of overall IT experience.
✅ 5+ years of Tableau development experience.
✅ 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
✅ Strong expertise in T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and/or Talend.
✅ Experience with query tuning, debugging, and performance optimization.
✅ Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and data quality.
✅ Experience with database migration, data reconciliation, and SQL Server Agent jobs.
✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.
