Job description
· Seeking a Performance tester with 7 to 11 years of experience in performance testing using Neoload and expertise in monitoring tools
· Design and execute performance test plans and scripts using Neoload to evaluate system behavior under load.
· Analyze performance metrics and identify bottlenecks to ensure optimal application performance.
· Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate performance testing into the CICD pipeline.
· Utilize monitoring tools within the performance testing domain to track system health and performance during tests
· Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and best practices
· Provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations to stakeholders
· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in performance testing and monitoring tools
Roles and Responsibilities
· Lead performance testing initiatives for critical applications ensuring adherence to quality standards
· Mentor and guide junior team members in performance testing methodologies and tool usage
· Coordinate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
· Identify performance issues and work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve them
· Establish performance benchmarks and SLAs based on business and technical requirements
· Drive continuous improvement in performance testing processes and automation
· Manage test environments and ensure availability of necessary resources for performance testing activities
