Role overview
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Tester to assess application performance, identify bottlenecks, and help teams deliver reliable, responsive software. This is a remote role open to candidates located in the United States.
Key responsibilities
Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests.
Build and maintain test scripts using Apache JMeter.
Monitor and analyze application and infrastructure metrics using Grafana.
Test applications and workflows with Playwright.
Work with Azure components to support performance testing and monitoring.
Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and communicate findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to improve application performance.
Required skills
8–10 years of experience in performance testing.
Hands-on experience with Apache JMeter.
Experience using Grafana for monitoring and performance analysis.
Familiarity with Playwright.
Experience working with Azure components.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
