Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead performance testing initiatives for critical applications ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Mentor and guide junior team members in performance testing methodologies and tool usage
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Identify performance issues and work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve them
- Establish performance benchmarks and SLAs based on business and technical requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in performance testing processes and automation
- Manage test environments and ensure availability of necessary resources for performance testing activities
