Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Define and document functional and non-functional product requirements to support product development initiatives.
- Coordinate with business, design, engineering, and technical teams to prioritize work, manage dependencies, and drive product delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and support timely resolution to ensure successful execution.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and product updates while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
|
|
Experience
|
6–9 years of experience in product management, project management, Agile delivery, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

|
Technical Skills
|
Product Management, JIRA, Confluence, API Integration, Agile Methodology, Backlog Management, Requirements Gathering, Microsoft Excel
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Banking, Product Strategy, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Cross-functional Collaboration
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing technology products in the banking or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with Agile product delivery, API-enabled solutions, and enterprise product development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
