Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale operational transition initiative involving multiple business units and stakeholders. This individual will play a critical role in driving project execution, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring key milestones are met on an aggressive timeline.
This is a fully remote opportunity with a company undergoing significant organizational transformation and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of a complex business transition project.
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to identify requirements, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and drive accountability across teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate efforts across numerous internal business functions while keeping leadership informed of progress.
- Ensure all project activities are completed within established deadlines and compliance requirements.
Requirements - 5+ years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated success driving projects from planning through implementation.
- Ability to influence teams and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
- Comfortable operating in environments with evolving processes and limited project management structure.
- Experience working with franchise-based organizations or distributed business models.
- Background in highly regulated industries is a plus.
