Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and project tracking processes to support business objectives.
- Design and implement project tracking solutions, dashboards, reports, and workflow automations to improve operational visibility.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements, validate solutions, and support project implementation.
- Develop project documentation, provide user support and knowledge transfer, and recommend continuous process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, process improvement, and workflow automation.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft PowerPoint, Dashboard Development, Workflow Automation, Microsoft 365
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Process Improvement, Project Tracking, Stakeholder Management, Documentation
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing project management and workflow automation solutions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or PMO environments.
