Summary

Job Description :

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work alongside Architects and a Product Team to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions in a Lean Agile environment for our Evolve Employee Start Form (ESF) team, which is writing updated code for our new Evolve Roadmap for the Connected/Salesforce Sales platform ecosystem. This platform is aimed to enhance the customer and consultant experience on the back-end for the future state of Evolve, which accelerates the On-Boarding Experience (OBE) for our Staffing and IT Services business segments

Key Responsibilities

We need a highly proactive analyst who puts themselves in the user's shoes to maintain product accountability to know all of the roles and personas associated with the team's stories/features, and isn’t afraid to push back when needed to truly understand the needs of the user(s) and provide that perspective to the developers to ensure we’re delivering what the business is demanding.

-Work with Experience Owners and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
-Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions
-Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user stories
-Creating complex workflows highlighting business processes
-Take full ownership of the business and clearly understand and articulate multiple systems integrations
-Assist with data mappings between multiple integrated systems
-Work with Product Management and Business Users to determine features and roadmaps
-Leverage analytical and technical knowledge to identify workable solutions that do not consume development capacity
-Translate technical information for product manager or stakeholders to consume
-Articulate business problems to the team which enables them to determine best solutions
-Writing technical user stories for the team to consume.
-Maintain consistent interaction with architects and development leads to explore solutions.
-Must maintain a high sense of urgency at all times by working with cross functional teams/teammates and be ready to help the team when needed; especially for production-related issues, and pre-troubleshoot these incidents as needed to isolate the cause of the issue to be a training issue, technical issue, etc. to escalate accordingly
-Work with different teams and product owners to discuss dependencies and discuss best practices.
-Must have exceptional communication and analytical skills.

Required Qualifications

-Requirements Gathering: 4-8 years of experience partnering with product owners/business process owners to elicit detailed user stories/features and translating them into technical user stories in a structured Lean Agile environment and capturing them via VersionOne, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
-Stakeholder Management: Experience working in complex, enterprise environments and interacting with various stakeholders onsite and offshore, and managing expectations, dependences, risks, etc.
-Salesforce experience is required; ideally in Sales Cloud Service Cloud, candidates must not only know "out of box" functionality, but given our customer’s environment, must also be familiar with custom development functionality to know what's possible and what’s not.
-System Demos & UAT: Must have experience preparing for and giving systems demos to business stakeholders; including leveraging appropriate data to demonstrate a complete understanding of user needs via Data Mapping, MS Excel, MS Visio, etc.
-Production Support: Must have previous experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment and maintain a high sense of urgency to address issues as they surface

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

• 4+ years of Analyst experience

• Salesforce Admin Certified and/or Certified Salesforce Business Analyst

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions
