Job Description:
We are seeking a techno-functional Business Analyst to bridge CRM, Data Management, BIO, and business teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data warehousing, CRM integrations, reporting, and requirements documentation, along with the ability to lead and coordinate a team of 4–5 onshore/offshore resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for data warehouse, integration, and reporting initiatives.
Assess the impact of CRM changes on downstream data warehouses, reports, integrations, and business processes.
Perform SQL-based data profiling, investigate discrepancies, validate data mappings, and support data quality analysis.
Document source-to-target mappings, business rules, functional specifications, and implementation-ready requirements.
Work with Salesforce/Veeva CRM data and collaborate with Vault CRM specialists.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, manage dependencies, prioritize requirements, and coordinate delivery across business and technical teams.
Lead and manage a team of 4–5 onshore/offshore resources by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
Use Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools for requirements management, documentation, and delivery tracking.
Required Skills:
Strong experience as a Technical/Functional Business Analyst.
Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM or Salesforce.
Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake.
Mandatory experience in data warehousing and reporting impact analysis.
Experience with data integration, source-to-target mapping, data profiling, and validation.
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and business rule definition skills.
Experience leading or managing a team of 4–5 onshore/offshore resources.
Python skills for data analysis and validation.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Important: Candidates with only Vault CRM configuration experience and no data warehouse/reporting impact-analysis experience will not be a fit.
