Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Veeva Vault CRM Technical Architect to lead technical architecture, integration strategy, and implementation for a transition from Salesforce-based Veeva CRM to Veeva Vault CRM.
The ideal candidate will combine deep Veeva platform expertise with strong technical solutioning, enterprise integration, migration planning, and technical team leadership. This role will also focus on strengthening development, DevOps, release management, QA, validation, and production-support practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical architecture and migration strategy for the transition from Salesforce-based Veeva CRM to Veeva Vault CRM.
Design and implement integrations between Veeva and enterprise platforms.
Define target-state architecture, migration approaches, technical controls, and configuration-promotion procedures.
Establish repeatable development, deployment, DevOps, and release-management practices.
Improve Veeva deployment package management and environment-promotion processes.
Partner with QA teams to establish appropriate testing, validation, documentation, and release controls.
Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, implementation, integration, and technical troubleshooting.
Mentor internal technical resources and establish sustainable platform-support practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, QA, and implementation partners.
Improve the reliability, maintainability, and operational maturity of the Veeva CRM ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in Veeva CRM technical architecture.
Direct experience with Veeva Vault CRM architecture or implementation.
Proven experience in integration strategy, design, and implementation involving Veeva and enterprise platforms.
CRM migration experience, preferably from Salesforce-based Veeva CRM to Vault CRM.
Strong technical solutioning, architecture design, and implementation skills.
Experience with deployment packages, environment promotion, release management, and technical change controls.
Experience establishing or improving DevOps, QA, validation, and production-support processes.
Previous experience as a technical lead managing or mentoring technical teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating Veeva OpenData with SAP.
Exposure to Reltio MDM, Drupal, enterprise data pipelines, or related enterprise systems.
Experience supporting regulated enterprise platforms and validation practices.
Experience improving software delivery processes, release controls, and technical operating models.
