Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this PositionROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:As an electrical engineer for GDMS, you will be part of a team that designs and improves new capabilities that improve our nation's national security. Our organization conducts R&D activities, bringing new concepts and products to our customers. We solve unique challenges that are often not seen in the commercial world, with agile teams that move on timelines that are much quicker than typical defense contractors.

- Breadth in electronic circuit design, including high-voltage power design and/or high-speed communications
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams to solve unique and nontraditional problems
- Familiarity interfacing with software, mechanical, and systems engineering teams

- Not afraid to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency of design and review activities
- Expert level understanding of electrical engineering and mixed Signal circuit analysis/design
