Our customer is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to drive the strategic evolution of their CRM-centric platform. This is a W2-only role with the probability of FTE conversion with strong performance; C2C and transfer candidates will not be considered.
Main Responsibilities:
Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals, stakeholder needs, and technical feasibility.
Define and communicate a clear product roadmap, ensuring visibility across all organizational levels.
Translate business objectives into detailed, well-scoped epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Leverage AI writing tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to draft, refine, and review requirements and user stories at speed.
CRM Domain Leadership:
Serve as the product authority for CRM-related features-spanning customer data management, sales automation, pipeline tracking, and service workflows.
Collaborate with CRM administrators, architects, and vendors to ensure the platform roadmap aligns with enterprise needs.
Drive integrations between CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.) and adjacent platforms such as marketing automation, ERP, and analytics tools.
Identify opportunities to enhance CRM capabilities through AI-driven features (e.g., predictive scoring, AI-assisted outreach, intelligent case routing).
Requirements & User Story Authorship
Write comprehensive, testable user stories with clear acceptance criteria using AI-augmented workflows.
Facilitate story mapping, impact mapping, and requirements workshops with cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $78.00/hr.
