Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with RPA expertise to join our client''s Agile delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Product Ownership background along with experience in Wealth Management or CRM environments. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and development teams to deliver high-value automation solutions.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of Product Owner experience
  • Strong experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Mandatory experience in Wealth Management or CRM
  • Experience managing Product Vision, Roadmap, and Product Backlog
  • Strong experience gathering business requirements and writing user stories
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban)
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA or VersionOne
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Agile Product Owner Certification (Required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
  • Drive product enhancements that improve customer value, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog, Vision, and Roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and development teams to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure the Product Backlog is transparent, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
  • Gather customer requirements and provide strategic recommendations for product enhancements.
  • Present product solutions to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Mentor Agile teams and promote Scrum and Kanban best practices.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, product demos, and release planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Agile Product Owner Certification
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
