An established manufacturer is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to lead product development from concept through production launch.
Responsibilities:
Own product requirements, mechanical design, cost, testing, and launch readiness.
Develop and review 3D models, drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
Lead design risk assessments, validation testing, and engineering changes.
Work closely with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing.
Resolve product issues, improve manufacturability, and mentor other engineers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
7+ years of product development, design engineering, or new product introduction experience in manufacturing.
Strong mechanical design, GD&T, materials, and manufacturing knowledge.
Proficiency in 3D CAD; SolidWorks preferred.
Experience independently leading products from concept through launch.
Window, windshield, glazing, or related assembly experience is a plus.
