Position Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multiple capital construction projects across large-scale manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing ground-up and renovation projects from concept through completion.
What you’ll be doing
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of construction project management experience delivering ground-up and complex capital projects valued from $2M to $30M+.
- Experience leading projects from concept through construction documents, including feasibility studies, due diligence, bidding, and procurement.
- Strong knowledge of design and construction engineering principles.
- Experience with schedule management, shop drawings, submittals, construction quality control, and contractor management.
- Advanced proficiency with:
- Microsoft Project
- Procore
- Microsoft Excel
- Bluebeam
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Executive Reporting & Presentations
- Proven ability to lead project engineers, contractors, consultants, and safety personnel while managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, office, automotive, or similar facility construction projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, change-management, and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality construction, continuous improvement, and collaborative teamwork.
