Software QA Tester

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester to join the QA team and support the design, execution, and maintenance of manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise software applications. This opportunity is based in Glen Allen, VA, and is open to candidates within a 100-mile radius of Glen Allen, VA. The client is only considering candidates who can work without requiring present or future employment sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases based on business and technical requirements
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
• Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and business stakeholders to ensure software quality
• Maintain test documentation, test cases, and test coverage reports
• Perform regression testing and support automation initiatives
• Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and testing methodologies
