Job DetailsJoin a respected engineering firm that delivers complex industrial and manufacturing projects. This role is ideal for an experienced structural engineer who enjoys leading projects, working directly with clients, and mentoring junior engineers.
What You'll Do
- Lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Design and analyze steel, concrete, and masonry structures.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, process, civil, and architectural teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Meet with clients and support project planning efforts.
- Mentor and guide engineers and designers.
- Perform occasional site visits to gather information and support construction activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- PE license required; SE preferred.
- 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, and applicable building codes.
- Experience leading projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with Revit, BIM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
