Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- IT coursework or related technical experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and computer systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and reporting systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching in a manufacturing environment
Job Duties:
- Troubleshoot and resolve iGear system issues
- Train new and existing employees on system processes
- Create and maintain user accounts and login access
- Monitor production reporting and correct discrepancies
- Clean and maintain iGear workstations and equipment
- Restock production-reporting supplies
- Maintain training records, error logs, and technical documentation
- Support MES projects and system improvements
- Perform additional technical duties as assigned
