Description Robert Half is seeking a
NetSuite Administrator for a manufacturing client based in Clackamas, OR. This role will provide hands-on NetSuite administration and post-go-live support, with a focus on workflow configuration, user support, training, and continued process improvement.
Location: 100% Onsite - Clackamas, OR
Pay Rate: $50-$60/hour
Duration: Short-term Contract
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administration and post-go-live support for the NetSuite environment.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize NetSuite workflows based on business requirements.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access within NetSuite.
- Troubleshoot system and user issues and provide hands-on support to business users.
- Review current workflows and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
- Create and maintain documentation for NetSuite workflows, processes, and step-by-step procedures.
- Develop user training materials, including guides and screen recordings.
- Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to business users.
- Support EDI-related processes and integrations within the NetSuite environment.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and an experienced team to support the continued adoption and optimization of NetSuite.
Requirements - Proven hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
- Experience providing post-go-live support and/or supporting a new NetSuite implementation.
- Strong experience with NetSuite workflow configuration.
- Hands-on experience managing roles, permissions, and user access.
- Experience creating system/process documentation and providing end-user training.
- Well-rounded NetSuite experience with the ability to evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, mature, and collaborative communication style with the ability to work effectively within an established team environment.
Highly Preferred- EDI experience, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
