IT Project Manager to lead small to medium-complexity technology projects for a gas company based in Portland, OR. This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days onsite. Apply today!

Location: Hybrid, 2 days onsite
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 to 5pm PST
Pay: $40-45/hourly
Key Responsibilities- Lead small to medium-complexity technology projects and take accountability for successful project delivery.
- Manage project teams consisting of internal resources, external consultants, and third-party partners.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, scope, timelines, outcomes, and deliverables.
- Track project costs and budgets, including conducting financial analysis and identifying potential variances.
- Define project resource requirements and coordinate resource availability with managers and stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring schedules, costs, deliverables, and expectations remain aligned with the overall project plan.
- Identify, document, and actively manage project risks and issues; escalate concerns appropriately when needed.
- Manage project change control in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to project stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements - Proven experience managing IT or technology projects from initiation through completion.
- Experience developing project plans, managing budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and external resources.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion with minimal direction.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
