Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of development experience.

• Strong foundational knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.

• Must be organized, proactive, self-directed, and driven to take tasks from requirements to implementation.

• Strong abstract thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).

• Full-stack capabilities including application development, configuration, database querying, design patterns, and front-end interface creation.

• Collaborate with teams to analyze and integrate applications.

• Participate in all phases of the SDLC and create/maintain required technical documentation.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The candidate should share experience and judgment with the team to plan and accomplish goals, mentor less experienced staff, and exercise a wide degree of creativity and latitude.

Core Experience & Skills (Minimum 10 years overall IT experience preferred):

• Core platform development (Minimum 5 years), including custom coding (OOP) and design patterns.

• Backend and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience.

• Modern JavaScript Frameworks (preferred).

• Database querying and management (SQL).

• End-to-End Web Development capabilities.
