.NET Developer (IN-PERSON INTERVIEW MANDATORY)
Scope of Services
Seeking a Software Engineer (.NET Developer) to support and enhance a portfolio of existing applications while contributing to ongoing modernization initiatives.
The consultant will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and modernizing applications, as well as providing post-production support to ensure system stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing .NET-based applications.
- Participate in application modernization efforts, including migrating legacy applications to modern frameworks and architectures.
- Develop and enhance applications using .NET Core, Angular, and RESTful APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Support and maintain existing SSIS packages (no new development required).
- Create and maintain SSRS reports as needed.
- Implement UI components using Angular and Bootstrap CSS to ensure responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for source control, work tracking, and deployment processes.
- Support authentication and security integration using Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with .NET Core / C# development
- Experience with Angular (modern versions)
- Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, boards)
- Experience with SSRS reporting
- Experience supporting or maintaining SSIS packages
- Experience with Bootstrap CSS / responsive UI design
- Ability to troubleshoot and support production applications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
