Experienced technicians will be provided with training towards Journeyman and Master License as well as other certifications.

Responsibilities: \n
As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, service, and repair home comfort systems across Maryland. This role is hands-on and customer-facing you ll work inside homes (including attics and crawl spaces) to troubleshoot issues, complete quality repairs, and restore systems safely and professionally. You ll be trusted to work independently, represent the company well, and deliver the kind of workmanship customers remember.

Responsibilities\n

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
\n - \n
Perform service and repairs on:
\n \n - \n
Split systems
\n - \n
Heat pumps
\n - \n
Gas furnaces
\n - \n
Boilers (gas/oil where applicable)
\n - \n
Air handlers
\n - \n
Thermostats / zoning controls
\n - \n
Indoor air quality components (humidifiers, UV lights, filtration, etc.)
\n
\n - \n
Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigerant, ignition, venting, and control issues
\n - \n
Confirm system performance after repair (temps, pressures, amps, static pressure when needed)
\n - \n
Communicate clearly with homeowners: problem, solution, pricing, and expectations
\n - \n
Document diagnostics, recommended repairs, and completed work in the system (notes, photos, invoices)
\n - \n
Work safely in residential environments including tight spaces, ladders, attics, crawl spaces as needed
\n - \n
Maintain a clean and professional service vehicle, tools, and appearance
\n - \n
Follow all company safety procedures, EPA guidelines, and Maryland licensing requirements
\n
Qualifications:
What You Need\n
\n - Minimum 3 years of HVAC service tech experience required
\n - \n
Valid driver s license and clean driving record
\n - \n
Able to pass background and drug screening
\n - \n
Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment
\n
\n
