Role: UX Strategist/Designer

Location: Jupiter West, FL - Onsite 5 days

Required Qualifications

5+ years of UX/UI research and design experience.
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI throughout the UX process (discovery through prototyping/testing).
Strong strategic leadership and communication skills.
Proactive, curious mindset focused on measurable outcomes, continuous improvement, and responsible AI utilization.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally (product, UX leadership, engineering, data science).
Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Scaled Agile practices.
