Summary

IntePros is seeking a Senior UX/Visual Designer to support the design and delivery of modern digital products. This opportunity is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of user experience, visual design, and product strategy, with the ability to take concepts from discovery through implementation. Working as an integrated member of a cross-functional team, this person partner with product managers, business stakeholders, marketing, and software engineers to create intuitive, visually engaging, and development-ready digital experiences. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable defining user journeys and interaction flows as they are creating polished, high-fidelity interfaces in Figma.

This role requires someone who can move quickly, leverage AI-assisted design tools where appropriate, and balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements, product briefs, user stories, and functional specifications into intuitive user experiences.
  • Analyze requirements, ask thoughtful questions, and proactively identify UX opportunities, dependencies, and potential risks.
  • Design user journeys, task flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that simplify complex workflows.
  • Rapidly develop early-stage concepts and wireframes using modern AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation.
  • Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.
  • Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
  • Work within established brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and design systems while contributing enhancements and new reusable components.
  • Define component behaviors, variants, interaction states, and responsive rules to support efficient front-end development.
  • Prepare detailed, development-ready design specifications, annotations, layouts, edge cases, and interaction documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with developers throughout implementation to answer design questions and ensure accurate execution.
  • Review completed functionality during QA and provide design feedback to ensure the final product aligns with approved UX and UI standards.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, design reviews, stakeholder workshops, and collaborative planning sessions.
  • Develop presentation-quality concepts, clickable prototypes, and visual assets to support product demonstrations and pre-sales initiatives.
What You'll Deliver

  • Interactive Figma prototypes
  • High-fidelity UI designs
  • Responsive layouts across multiple devices
  • Design system enhancements and reusable UI components
  • Detailed design specifications for engineering teams
  • QA reviews and implementation feedback
  • Final production-ready Figma files and supporting assets
Qualifications:
  • Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, B2B, or other complex digital applications.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and visual/UI design expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, including:
    • Components
    • Variants
    • Auto Layout
    • Interactive prototyping
    • Developer handoff
  • Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
  • Strong understanding of responsive web and application design principles.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG).
  • Experience partnering directly with software engineers during implementation.
  • Ability to review completed functionality and provide UX/UI quality assurance feedback.
  • Comfortable working within Agile product development environments.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using AI-assisted design tools to accelerate wireframing, ideation, and design iteration.
