  • Be welcoming of feedback and navigate respectful disagreement. Seek to inform and influence the audience. Be willing to compromise to find a mutually agreeable solution.
  • You’ll work with Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Quality, Legal, and Human Factors teams to ensure designs align with prescription product requirements, intended use, labeling considerations, clinical risk controls, and approval needs.
  • You’ll iterate on design mitigations and gain approvals for proposed solutions.
  • You’ll help foster a culture of support, continuous improvement, and design excellence within the team and all those who partner with us.
  • Be positive and solutions oriented. Build up our teams, departments, and company through words and actions. Learn from existing members of the team and mentor your colleagues.
