They are seeking a visionary and hands-on Lead Data Scientist – Healthcare / GenAI / LLM to steer cutting-edge artificial intelligence and advanced modeling initiatives. This is a vital technical leadership and hands-on development position focused squarely on transforming complex medical data into actionable clinical and operational advancements.
What You'll Do
Architect end-to-end machine learning models and enterprise-grade generative artificial intelligence solutions from inception to production deployment.
Champion the adoption of advanced Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and Agentic AI frameworks within a regulated clinical environment.
Direct complex data science initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring fellow quantitative professionals.
Synthesize intricate analytical findings into clear strategic recommendations for executive leadership and clinical stakeholders.
Maximize the utility of complex healthcare data sources, including electronic health records and clinical claims, while maintaining rigorous data governance and model monitoring standards.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a closely related STEM discipline (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Data Science, with a substantive background in Healthcare Data Science, Medical Informatics, or Electronic Health Record data management.
Proven, hands-on production expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and Natural Language Processing applications.
Comprehensive technical mastery of Advanced Statistical Analysis, Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning Methodologies, Artificial Neural Networks, and Time-Series Forecasting.
Proficiency in Advanced SQL, database management, and modern programming languages utilized within enterprise data science environments.
Demonstrated history of technical leadership, stakeholder management, and successful end-to-end management of complex analytics projects.
