We are seeking an experienced
Senior Solutions Architect to join our
RTS team, with deep expertise in
Amazon Web Services (AWS) and designing scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions.

This role will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for translating complex business and technology requirements into practical solution architectures. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on AWS knowledge with enterprise architecture experience and is comfortable partnering with engineering teams, business stakeholders, security, infrastructure, and senior leadership.
\\n
The Senior Solutions Architect will play a key role in defining technical direction, modernizing existing platforms, and ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, reliability, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
\\n
\\n
\\n - Lead the architecture and design of complex, enterprise-scale solutions with a strong focus on AWS cloud technologies.
\\n - Translate business, functional, and technical requirements into scalable and maintainable solution architectures.
\\n - Design highly available, resilient, secure, and cost-effective AWS architectures.
\\n - Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, from initial discovery and architecture through implementation and production deployment.
\\n - Develop architecture diagrams, solution designs, technical specifications, integration patterns, and implementation roadmaps.
\\n - Evaluate existing applications and infrastructure and recommend cloud modernization, migration, and optimization strategies.
\\n - Define and promote cloud architecture standards, design patterns, reference architectures, and engineering best practices.
\\n - Partner closely with application development, infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, networking, data, and operations teams.
\\n - Lead architectural reviews and ensure solutions meet organizational requirements for security, performance, scalability, availability, and disaster recovery.
\\n - Provide guidance on application modernization approaches, including cloud-native, containerized, serverless, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
\\n - Design integration strategies across cloud, on-premises, SaaS, APIs, and third-party platforms.
\\n - Identify technical risks, architectural gaps, dependencies, and trade-offs and communicate them clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\\n - Mentor engineers and architects and provide technical guidance on complex implementation challenges.
\\n - Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex architecture and production issues when needed.
\\n - Continuously evaluate emerging AWS capabilities and recommend technologies that provide meaningful business or technical value.

Required Qualifications
\\n
\\n
\\n - 8+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure, cloud architecture, solution architecture, or related technology roles.
\\n - 3+ years of experience serving as a Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar senior technical role.
\\n - Deep hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions on AWS.
\\n - Strong knowledge of core AWS services, including:
\\n - EC2, ECS, EKS and Lambda
\\n - S3 and cloud storage technologies
\\n - RDS, Aurora and DynamoDB
\\n - VPC, Route 53, Elastic Load Balancing and networking
\\n - IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager and AWS security services
\\n - API Gateway
\\n - CloudFront
\\n - SQS, SNS and EventBridge
\\n - CloudWatch and AWS monitoring/observability capabilities
\\n - Strong understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework principles.
\\n - Experience designing highly available and disaster-recovery architectures across Availability Zones and Regions.
\\n - Strong understanding of cloud security, identity and access management, encryption, network security, and governance.
\\n - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or similar technologies.
\\n - Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated cloud deployments.
\\n - Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and modern application architecture.
\\n - Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
\\n - Strong understanding of enterprise integration and hybrid cloud architecture.
\\n - Ability to produce clear architecture diagrams and communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and business stakeholders.
\\n - Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
\\n
\\n
\\n - AWS certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional.
\\n - Experience leading large-scale AWS migrations or application modernization initiatives.
\\n - Experience working within complex enterprise or regulated environments.
\\n - Experience with multi-account AWS environments, AWS Organizations, Control Tower, and enterprise cloud governance.
\\n - Knowledge of FinOps and AWS cloud cost optimization practices.
\\n - Experience with observability platforms and enterprise monitoring solutions.
\\n - Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks and cloud security best practices.
\\n - Experience working across hybrid environments integrating AWS with on-premises infrastructure.
\\n - Experience providing architectural leadership across multiple engineering teams or technology domains.
