Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead – Calypso Developer with strong expertise in Capital Markets and Calypso Front Office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Calypso development, customization, and support, along with a solid background in Java and financial products.
Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, customize, and support Calypso applications.
· Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and testing teams to deliver technical solutions.
· Analyze business requirements and implement scalable solutions.
· Support application releases, deployments, and production activities.
Required Skills:
· 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Java/J2EE development experience.
· Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Calypso platform (v18+ preferred).
· Experience implementing Calypso functionality in Front Office areas including:
· Pricing
· Event Services
· Trade Capture
· Regulatory Reporting
· Strong knowledge of Capital Markets domain and trading systems.
· Experience with financial instruments including Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities, Derivatives, and FX.
· Experience with Calypso customization, integration, upgrades, maintenance, and production support.
· Strong knowledge of Oracle/Sybase databases and Unix Shell scripting.
· Experience working in Agile development environments.
