Job Specification
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should possess robust experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a special emphasis on interactive data visualization and modern JavaScript frameworks.
**Must Have Skills:**
- 6-9 years of hands-on experience in Java-based application development (preferably Java 8 or above)
- Strong experience with charting and data grid frameworks like **Highcharts, D3.js, or ag-Grid**
- Proficiency with core JavaScript (ES5/ES6+), and experience using frameworks such as **Knockout.js, React, or Angular**
- Solid background in JSP/JSPF for server-side UI rendering
- Familiarity with UI templating engines such as **Apache Tiles** or Thymeleaf
- Experience with **jQuery** or similar DOM manipulation libraries
**Desirable/Plus Skills:**
- Experience implementing interactive dashboards and large data visualizations in the browser
- Previous exposure to responsive UI design and cross-browser compatibility issues
- Experience with RESTful web services and integration with Java backends
- Exposure to Spring MVC or similar web application frameworks
- Experience working in Agile teams and using version control tools like Git
**Extra Credit:**
- Certifications related to Java, JavaScript frameworks, or web technologies
- Previous employment at major multinationals or large-scale IT companies
