Title: Lead Java developer
Location: Charlotte, NC
We are seeking a highly skilled Core Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, object-oriented design principles, multithreading, data structures, algorithms, and database development. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions.
Experience: 10+ years of industry experience who can work as tech lead.
Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, test, and support Java-based applications and services.
· Develop robust and scalable solutions using Core Java and object-oriented programming principles.
· Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
· Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
· Work with relational databases and write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning solutions.
· Implement multithreading, concurrency, collection frameworks, and design patterns where applicable.
· Participate in code reviews and contribute to application architecture discussions.
· Debug production issues and provide timely resolution.
· Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and scalability.
· Collaborate with QA teams during testing cycles and support release activities.
· Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
