Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, meetings, action items, and deliverables to support project execution and operational readiness.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, standard operating procedures, user guides, knowledge articles, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to support system implementations, process improvements, and transition activities.
- Track project progress, maintain documentation repositories, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

|
Experience
|
5–7 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, operational processes, or enterprise system implementations.

Technical Skills
|
Project Management, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, OneNote, Documentation Management, Process Documentation

Business / Domain Skills
|

|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or operational transition initiatives.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and operational support processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
