Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant to support intake and triage activities for new AI use cases, identifying impacted Cyber Teams; build and train an AI agent to conduct triage activities long-term, hooking into established intake; facilitate communication between Cybersecurity and AI teams, representing Cyber in some forums; gather and document detailed requirements across select AI security initiatives within Cyber; assist with select AI Security tool evaluations for identified implementation.
WORK ACTIVITIES/CONTEXT:
Support intake and triage of new AI use cases by collecting required information, assessing scope, identifying potential Cybersecurity impacts, and routing work to the appropriate Cyber teams.
Define, document, and refine an enterprise AI security intake and triage process that spans multiple Cybersecurity, AI, Technology, data, architecture, governance, and business teams.
Create intake questions, decision criteria, routing logic, service expectations, escalation paths, ownership definitions, process measures, and supporting documentation.
Build, train, test, and improve an AI agent that performs repeatable intake-triage activities and integrates with the established intake workflow and approved enterprise platforms.
Develop prompts, classification criteria, knowledge sources, retrieval patterns, guardrails, human-review points, exception handling, and quality measures for the triage agent.
Document the AI agent s dependencies, integration points, data needs, access requirements, decisions, limitations, operating procedures, and ongoing ownership.
Maintain human oversight and validation during agent development and adoption; use feedback and observed outcomes to improve accuracy, consistency, and routing quality.
Facilitate communication between Cybersecurity and AI teams, ensuring business objectives, technical designs, security needs, decisions, and follow-up actions are clear.
Represent Cybersecurity in designated cross-organizational AI forums, communicate Cybersecurity perspectives, capture commitments, and route questions to the appropriate subject matter experts.
Lead discovery sessions and document business, functional, nonfunctional, security, data, integration, operational, and reporting requirements for selected AI security initiatives.
Assess and document technical dependencies, upstream and downstream systems, interfaces, data flows, identity and access needs, constraints, risks, and decision points.
Translate requirements into epics, features, stories, process maps, evaluation criteria, traceability artifacts, recommendations, and executive-ready summaries as appropriate.
Support selected AI security tool evaluations by defining use cases and criteria, coordinating proof-of-concept activities, documenting findings, and preparing recommendations.
Manage stakeholder alignment across competing priorities, surface gaps and unresolved decisions, and drive clear ownership and next steps.
Create reusable templates, playbooks, knowledge articles, training materials, and governance artifacts that strengthen long-term AI security intake and enablement capabilities
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Experience solving complex problems and driving multiple stakeholders towards implementable solutions;
Experience developing communication strategies for buy-in and acceptance preferred;
Experience working in a cross-functional environment within technology domain;
Experience in Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management domain preferred
Experience and solid knowledge of strategic and financial analysis and issues/risk management and project change requests.
Ability to influence diverse customer groups to align on strategic goals and decisions
Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
