Role Summary
This position involves leading technical and strategic tasks within AI efficiency assessment engagements, focusing on data protection, cybersecurity, and AI opportunity identification. The role requires hands-on involvement in current-state discovery, client deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and supporting business development activities. It is suited for professionals with substantial experience in AI advisory, automation, and data protection frameworks, working within regulated enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned delivery tasks within AI efficiency assessments, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion.
  • Lead technical assessments by conducting current-state discovery across Data Protection Fleet pillars and related functions, documenting findings, and identifying opportunities.
  • Perform hands-on AI use-case identification, process mapping, feasibility scoring, and support prioritization efforts.
  • Produce client-ready deliverables, including assessment reports, AI opportunity inventories, use-case catalogs, and strategic roadmaps that meet quality standards.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops, synthesizing findings into structured outputs for senior review.
  • Maintain and update the AI Initiatives Tracker workbook, tracking initiatives, risks, benefits, and validation efforts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with client stakeholders, technology teams, and project sponsors, establishing credibility as an AI advisory resource.
  • Contribute to client status reports, meeting facilitation, and tracking action items as directed by the engagement lead.
  • Support pre-sales activities such as SOW scoping, effort estimation, and proposal development for AI and automation projects.
  • Contribute to practice development by creating reusable delivery assets, templates, and technical documentation for AI solutions.

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience in AI/automation strategy, technology consulting, or process engineering, with a focus on AI-enabled efficiency solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI opportunity assessments, process/workflow discovery, use-case identification, and control-readiness evaluation.
  • Practical knowledge of AI platforms and tools, including enterprise agent development, automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot), and orchestration solutions.
  • Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI principles, lifecycle management, and data protection frameworks such as cryptography, DLP, and data asset protection.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity domains, including cryptography, secrets management, and regulated environment considerations.
  • Experience with initiative tracking systems, Jira, or similar platforms for KPI and benefits reporting.
  • Strong technical communication skills, with proven ability to produce high-quality deliverables for varied audiences.
  • Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to shifting priorities, and collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Security, Business, or related fields; relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, CISSP, CISA, PMP).
  • Prior consulting experience in enterprise environments, especially within financial services, healthcare, or regulated sectors.

Publishing Pay Range: $90.00 - $100.00 Hourly
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
