About the Role
Anblicks is seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Marketing to lead our U.S. go-to-market and demand-generation engine.

The Director of Marketing will work closely with CEO, Sales, Strategic Alliances, industry teams, and executive leadership to drive growth across Anblicks' priority industries.
We are looking for someone who has successfully marketed Data, AI, Cloud, Analytics, and Digital Transformation services to enterprise customers and understands how services companies create pipeline through a combination of account-based marketing, field marketing, partner ecosystems, content, digital campaigns, and executive engagement.
What You Will Own
- Develop and execute the U.S. marketing and GTM plan with clear pipeline objectives.
- Build integrated ABM and demand-generation programs targeting enterprise accounts and executive buyers.
- Develop joint GTM programs with strategic partners such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, and other technology partners.
- Own executive roadshows, roundtables, partner events, webinars, conferences, and field-marketing programs.
- Build industry-focused campaigns and thought leadership across Anblicks' priority markets.
- Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to improve account engagement, lead qualification, follow-up, and opportunity conversion.
- Establish marketing operations and reporting across MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue attribution.
What We Are Looking For
- 15+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within IT services, consulting, Data & AI, Cloud, Analytics, or Digital Transformation companies.
- Proven experience generating enterprise pipeline, not just brand awareness or marketing activity.
- Strong experience with Account-Based Marketing and enterprise demand generation.
- Experience building GTM programs with technology ecosystems such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
- Demonstrated success running executive events, roadshows, roundtables, webinars, and partner-led programs.
- Experience creating industry-specific campaigns and marketing solutions to enterprise buyers.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, lead scoring, campaign attribution, and funnel analytics.
- Ability to translate complex technology and services offerings into compelling business-outcome messaging.
- Strong executive communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced marketing qualification is a plus.
Industry Experience
Experience marketing enterprise technology services across industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Commercial Real Estate, Retail, and Media is highly desirable.
Deep expertise in all five industries is not required. The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to understand enterprise buyer priorities and quickly build relevant industry-focused campaigns.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a builder and hands-on operator, not someone who only manages agencies or established marketing programs.
The ideal candidate:
- Thinks in terms of pipeline and revenue, not just impressions and leads.
- Can move comfortably between strategy and execution.
- Has strong relationships and experience within technology partner ecosystems.
- Works naturally and collaboratively with Sales.
- Is comfortable engaging CIOs, CDOs/CDAOs, COOs, and other enterprise executives.
- Uses data to continually optimize marketing investments and conversion.
- Can build the marketing operating model, team, processes, and technology required to support growth.
