Description Digital Media Manager - Contract, 3-5 Months+, Hybrid Schedule, Potential for Long-term! Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, including large-scale budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
- Partner directly with Google's Account Team to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop and deliver regular reporting, insights, and performance analyses to stakeholders.
- Export, analyze, and present campaign data using advanced Excel skills.
- Lead testing initiatives, campaign launches, and participation in alpha/beta marketing programs.
- Serve as project manager for new marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Support social media advertising efforts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
- Maintain affiliate marketing partnerships and support affiliate program initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and data science teams.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Social Media Marketing (5%): Support campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and X. This area is teachable.
- Affiliate Marketing Management (5%): Maintain and strengthen affiliate partner relationships.

- 5+ years of digital media or paid search experience.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Paid Search campaign management, of budgets $100M+
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and present complex data sets.
