Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven digital initiatives for a Contract position based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This role will guide paid media strategy across multiple channels, translate campaign data into actionable decisions, and partner with internal teams and external providers to improve reach, conversion, and return on investment. The position reports to the VP of Marketing and Analytics and plays a key role in advancing digital marketing effectiveness through strong platform expertise, testing, and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities:
Build and direct full-funnel digital marketing plans that support business goals and drive measurable growth across paid channels.
Oversee large-scale media investments across programmatic advertising, paid social, affiliate marketing, and search platforms, adjusting spend based on performance insights.
Analyze campaign results, audience trends, and conversion behavior to refine targeting, improve efficiency, and strengthen overall marketing outcomes.
Administer core advertising and analytics platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and StackAdapt, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, and governance.
Partner with web, analytics, and UX teams to manage tags, pixels, landing page performance, and attribution improvements that enhance conversion paths.
Create and manage structured testing programs for creative, audience segmentation, landing pages, and channel tactics, including A/B and multivariate experiments.
Present performance updates, strategic recommendations, and optimization opportunities to stakeholders in a clear and business-focused manner.
Lead relationships with external agencies, ad technology vendors, and platform representatives, including evaluation, onboarding, performance reviews, and contract-related coordination.
Monitor industry developments, policy changes, and new platform capabilities, applying automation and AI-based tools where they can improve campaign execution and results.

Requirements

Proven experience managing digital marketing and performance campaigns across multiple paid media channels.
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, paid social platforms, Google Analytics, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Demonstrated ability to interpret campaign metrics, customer behavior, and conversion data to guide optimization decisions.
Experience handling significant advertising budgets with a focus on efficiency, revenue impact, and measurable performance outcomes.
Familiarity with testing methodologies for ads, audiences, and landing pages, including A/B experimentation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, analytics, UX, legal, procurement, and vendor partners.
Understanding of campaign tracking, tagging, and pixel implementation in support of accurate reporting and attribution.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to share insights and recommendations with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
