We are looking for a technically strong Director of Product Management to shape and advance a cloud- and AI-focused product strategy in Dallas / Fort Worth, TX region. This position partners closely with engineering leaders to turn complex technical opportunities into clear priorities, scalable plans, and measurable business results. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in building structure, guiding discovery, and leading product decisions in an evolving, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

Define and drive the product direction, strategic priorities, and roadmap for offerings related to cloud infrastructure and AI-enabled solutions.

Establish and strengthen core product management practices, including discovery methods, decision frameworks, planning routines, and operating principles.

Lead customer research, market evaluation, and competitive assessment to identify opportunities and translate insights into well-scoped product initiatives.

Guide product choices across new development, enhancement planning, and retirement decisions to keep the portfolio aligned with customer and business needs.

Support products tied to cloud operations, modernization efforts, migration initiatives, cost optimization, and intelligent automation capabilities.

Partner with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to gather market input while maintaining product decisions based on validated strategy and user value.

Remain actively involved in day-to-day product execution while helping build a scalable product organization over time.

Requirements

Demonstrated product management experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, or closely related technical domains.

Hands-on background working with at least two major hyperscale cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, or Amazon Web Services.

Proven success delivering production-grade AI features, including large language model solutions, AI orchestration, or agent-based systems.

Strong ability to discuss cloud and AI system design, model evaluation, orchestration approaches, and build-versus-buy decisions with technical leaders.

Experience creating products from early concept through launch, including ownership of prioritization, outcomes, and performance metrics.

Track record of building product management processes, structures, or team practices in a developing or fast-scaling organization.

Comfort operating with ambiguity, limited resources, and evolving priorities in an early-stage or high-growth setting.

Non-Negotiables
  • Multi-Cloud Expertise: Hands-on product experience with at least two of the four major hyperscalers: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud (Google Cloud Platform), or Oracle Cloud (OCI).
  • Deep AI Experience: Personally scoped and shipped production capabilities involving LLMs, RAG, or agentic AI systems. Must be able to independently discuss AI architecture, model evaluation, orchestration, probabilistic feature scoping, and build-vs-buy decisions with technical leadership.
