Oracle Item Master – AI-Assisted Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Item Master – AI-Assisted Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS, Oracle Inventory, and Item Master. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle EBS extensions and customizations, Oracle Cloud/SaaS technologies, and modern AI-assisted coding tools.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to support Item Master solutions, data governance, integrations, customizations, migrations, and Oracle SCM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and support Oracle EBS Inventory and Item Master solutions.

• Work on Oracle EBS extensions, customizations, integrations, and technical enhancements.

• Support Item Master data governance and standardization within large enterprise environments.

• Lead functional workshops and gather requirements from business and senior stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical and functional solutions.

• Develop and maintain SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, NodeJS, and JavaScript solutions.

• Support Oracle Cloud/SaaS implementations and integrations.

• Perform Item Master data migration and bulk uploads using FBDI, ADFdi, Data Loader, or similar tools.

• Work with Oracle SCM modules including Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), BOM, and WIP.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms to improve development productivity and code quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Provide technical guidance and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and clients.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Oracle EBS experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Inventory / Item Master.

• Experience with Oracle EBS Extensions & Customizations.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud / SaaS and cloud technologies.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.

• Experience with Oracle Reports.

• Hands-on experience with NodeJS and JavaScript.

• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.

• Strong understanding of Oracle Item Master concepts:

  • Item Attributes

  • Categories

  • UOM

  • Item Relationships

  • Item Templates

  • Organization Assignments

• Experience with Oracle SCM modules:

  • Purchasing (PO)

  • Order Management (OM)

  • Bills of Material (BOM)

  • WIP

• Experience with Item Master data governance in large enterprise environments.

• Experience with data migration and bulk upload tools such as FBDI, ADFdi, and Data Loader.

• Strong techno-functional and client-facing communication skills.

• Ability to lead workshops and interact with senior business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong combination of Oracle EBS + Item Master + Oracle Cloud experience.

• Experience implementing or supporting AI-assisted development practices.

• Experience working in large enterprise Oracle environments.

• Strong understanding of Item Master data quality, governance, and lifecycle management.

• Experience with modern cloud-based integrations and application development.

• Candidates with strong Oracle Item Master and AI-assisted development experience will be highly preferred.
