Description :
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant. This is a hybrid opportunity based in the Dallas/Plano, Texas area, requiring onsite presence 2-4 days per week. Candidates must be local, as travel expenses are not provided.
In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, build, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that enhance customer engagement across multiple channels. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining automations, developing omni-channel customer journeys, supporting integrations, gathering requirements, and leading troubleshooting and quality assurance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
Build and optimize automations and customer journeys across Email, SMS, and Mobile Push channels
Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and technical solutions
Support Salesforce integrations and ensure seamless data flow across platforms
Lead troubleshooting, testing, and QA activities for campaigns, automations, and journeys
Collaborate within Agile teams and actively participate in Jira-based project management processes
Create and maintain technical documentation and solution designs
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
Strong experience with Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and omni-channel marketing campaigns
Proven ability to gather requirements and work closely with business stakeholders
Experience leading troubleshooting and QA activities
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira
Proficiency with SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, APIs, and Postman
At least one Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and projects
