Lead technical discovery and solution design for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure-based initiatives; convert functional and nonfunctional requirements into architecture, delivery plans, and implementation guidance.
• Set technical direction and engineering standards for the team, including design patterns, code quality, security, performance, reuse, testing, documentation, and supportability.
• Lead development and deployment of custom Copilots and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and, where appropriate, Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services; apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), grounding, and evaluation practices.
• Design and deliver integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, enterprise applications, APIs, and knowledge repositories.
• Guide configuration and customization of Dynamics 365, including forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, navigation, web resources, ribbon customizations, and application solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for C# plug-ins, custom workflows, JavaScript/TypeScript extensions, XRM development, OData/Web API integrations, and custom APIs.
• Oversee delivery of model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and CRM portal or related portal solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow enterprise security, privacy, data governance, accessibility, and responsible AI practices; identify and manage technical risks and dependencies.
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, estimates, testing strategy, release readiness, incident/problem resolution, and production support for critical solutions.
• Guide source control, branching, build and release automation, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management using Git/GitHub and Azure DevOps or equivalent tooling.
