Role Overview
This position requires a technical leader for the design, architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise business solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft's AI ecosystem. The role involves translating business needs into secure, scalable, and supportable solutions, including AI-powered applications and workflow automation. The successful candidate will guide engineering teams, set technical standards, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure-based initiatives.
- Set technical direction and engineering standards for the team, covering design patterns, code quality, security, and performance.
- Lead the development and deployment of custom Copilots and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI services.
- Design and deliver integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and enterprise applications.
- Guide the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365, including forms, business process flows, and application solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for C# plug-ins, custom workflows, JavaScript/TypeScript extensions, and API integrations.
- Oversee the delivery of model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and related solutions.
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security, privacy, data governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, testing strategy, and production support for critical solutions.
- Guide source control, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management using Git/GitHub and Azure DevOps.
- Mentor developers and technical team members, promoting knowledge sharing and effective coordination.
- Assess platform updates and emerging Microsoft AI capabilities to recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
Education: Master's Degree
Experience:- 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, and technical solution delivery.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including architecture, development, and deployment.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
- Experience building solutions with Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, and business process flows.
- Practical experience with integrations using REST/Web APIs, Azure Functions, or comparable services.
- Experience with Git-based source control and Azure DevOps for CI/CD and ALM practices.
- Ability to communicate architecture and technical tradeoffs to diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and integrating conversational AI into Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agent design.
Technical Skills:- CRM experience

- Dynamics 365 plug-ins, custom workflows, XRM Framework, and OData/Web APIs

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Services, and Microsoft AI SDKs.
- Experience applying generative AI to business workflows or customer service.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel.
- Experience with platform governance, environment strategy, and production operations.
Additional Information
The work arrangement is 4 days onsite, from Monday to Thursday. Interviews will be conducted via web conference. This position is initially a contract role, with the potential for future conversion to a full-time position based on business needs and performance.
