Education and Experience:
- 8+ years of Salesforce CRM experience.
- 5+ years in CRM solution architecture or functional leadership roles.
- Experience facilitating executive and business stakeholder workshops.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Business Analyst or Sales Cloud Certification.
- Experience supporting global sales organizations.
- Knowledge of Account-Based Selling methodologies.
Deliverables
- Process Flows and Wireframes
- Solution Architecture Documentation
- UAT Readiness and Business Signoff
- Business Requirements Document (BRD)
- Functional Design Specifications
