Title: Oracle ICM/CX Director

Location: Fort Mill, SC
Employment Type: Full Time Hybrid (3-4 Days Onsite Preferred)

Compensation:
Pay Range: $210,000-$215,000 Per Year

Job Summary:
• This full-time position located in the Fort Mill, SC area, involves managing a team responsible for the strategic ownership and administration of incentive compensation systems and programs.
• The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure accurate execution and alignment with business goals.
• Experience with generic incentive compensation management technologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the strategic ownership and administration of incentive compensation systems.
• Lead system implementation, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Oversee commission operations ensuring accurate and timely payouts.
• Develop and manage a team of professionals to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business objectives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 7–12 years of experience in incentive compensation or commission program management.
• Hands-on experience with incentive compensation management platforms.
• Proven experience leading system implementations or major enhancements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
